A membership plan spreads the cost of your routine preventive dental care across 12 months, with one simple monthly payment.
Choose from three Basic plans or three Enhanced plans, each with a set number of examinations a year (plus hygienist visits on every plan except Smile Check), 2 small X-rays a year and a discount on treatment fees. The plans and fees are the same at our Kenilworth and Stratford practices. The plan is a direct agreement with Pennington Dental Care Ltd. It is not an insurance product.
Our plans are open to adults and children. For children under 18, a parent or guardian signs up and pays on their behalf.
*Plan discounts exclude implant procedures and teeth straightening. Terms and conditions apply to all plans and to the optional cover. Unused appointments do not roll over into the next year.
Complete, Premier and Signature include one iTero scan a year at either of our practices. It is quick, comfortable and uses no radiation. Each year's scan is compared with the last, so we can see small changes in your teeth and gums early and talk them through with you on screen and help you take care of your oral health with much greater clarity.
These plans suit patients with periodontal disease who need greater hygiene time, those with complex restorations such as implants and bridgework, as well as those patients wanting more frequent oral care.
All plans include 2 small X-rays a year. The £15.00 admin fee, collected when you register, and the optional £0.60 a month cover are extra.

This cover is optional. You can add it at any time, for £0.60 a month. It is separate from your plan. In the words of the policy: “Your policy is administered by Lloyd & Whyte Ltd and underwritten Capacity Insights, a trading name of Healix Insurance Services Ltd on behalf of the insurer, Hamilton Insurance DAC.” Read about the cover and the full policy.
Your monthly fee is collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless on the 1st of each month. It is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
A £5.00 fee applies to each failed Direct Debit collection attempt. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we charge £2 per minute of the booked appointment time (for example, £30 for a 15-minute appointment). Our team may waive this in genuine circumstances. Other treatment is charged at our standard private fees, less your plan discount where it applies, and we will always give you an estimate first.

No. The plan is a direct agreement between you and Pennington Dental Care Ltd for routine preventive care, with no third-party administrator. It does not cover emergency treatment outside the practice, treatment abroad, or any costs not set out in your agreement. The optional Accident & Emergency Dental Cover is separate and has its own policy terms.
On the date your first monthly Direct Debit is collected successfully. Collections are taken on the 1st of each month, and there are no pro-rata charges.
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of signing, without giving a reason, by letter or email, and your admin fee will be refunded. Any treatment you had in those 14 days is charged at our standard private fees.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Give us at least 21 days' written notice, ending on the last day of a calendar month. When you cancel, we'll add up the routine care you've had since joining (exams, hygiene visits and X-rays) at our standard private fees. If that comes to more than the monthly fees you've paid, we'll ask you to pay the difference. If you've had discounted treatment in the six months before you cancel, we may also ask you to repay that discount.
Every plan includes 2 small X-rays a year. Any further X-rays or scans, such as panoramic (OPG) or CBCT scans, are charged at our standard private fees, and we will always give you an estimate first.
A qualified hygienist, therapist or dentist at the practice, depending on clinical need and availability.
Yes. A parent, guardian, partner or employer can be the payer.
We review plan fees each year and will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change.
Our plans are open to adults and children. Children can stay on the NHS until they are 18 if you prefer, but they are always welcome on any of our membership plans. Children's plans cost the same as adult plans.

Speak to our Practice Manager. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service.
