Implant treatment at Pennington Dental is led by Dr Jesal Pankhania, who has been placing implants since 2010 following one-to-one training with consultants and professors at Sheffield University. He holds a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons in London and is a clinical lecturer at Liverpool University. Alongside Dr Jesal, Dr Fuz Jamall holds an MSc in Restorative Dentistry and postgraduate certificates in dental implantology, bringing over 25 years of clinical experience to the team.

We use Straumann, a Swiss implant system with one of the most extensive long-term clinical evidence bases in the field. The quality of the implant itself is a meaningful factor in long-term success.

In-house CBCT scanning

We have CBCT cone beam scanning available in-house, providing the detailed 3D imaging needed to plan implant placement safely and precisely, without an external referral.
